This policy covers the NiceBabyName nameology tools accessed through AI assistants and connectors (the “Service”), including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints operated by NiceBabyName.
When you (via an AI assistant) request a reading, the Service receives only the information you provide for that request: the name(s) to read, and optionally the parents’ names, gender, language, and a pronunciation. We do not require an account for these tools, and we do not receive your identity, chat history, contacts, or precise location.
The names you provide are sent to our own nameology calculation engine to generate the reading, which is returned to your assistant. We temporarily cache readings (keyed by the submitted names) to improve speed. We keep standard server logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use the names you submit to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell your data. Names are processed only by NiceBabyName’s own systems and by infrastructure providers (hosting and CDN) acting on our behalf.
Cached readings expire automatically (within approximately 30 days). Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
The Service reads names as text and is intended for use by adults (for example, expecting parents). It does not knowingly collect personal information about children.
Because we do not hold an account for you when you use these tools, you can stop data collection simply by discontinuing use. For questions or removal requests, contact us at the address below.
